Some points to note:

It helps if you have a clear idea how you want to use a picture because fees are based entirely on the use to which the picture is to be put.
Use of more than one image in a project may attract a quantity discount.
We’re always happy to negotiate.
We do not allow downloading or printing out the files on this site for use in comps or layouts.
If pictures are used in “paid for” presentations, we expect a presentation fee. This fee can be negotiated against guaranteed use.
Copyrights exist in all photographs, except for those were the owner is mentioned under the image. Prior permission is required for any use, including comping or layout purposes. Pictures must NOT be lifted, swiped, stolen or copied from this site without prior permission.
We use a system of rights management and conflict avoidance for our archive, keeping a record of publication and uses. If required, exclusive use of images can be arranged as we can give information of previous publications to avoid embarrassment. The digital photography in the archive was all created using Nikon high-resolution digital camera equipment and professional grade lenses. Images open to a file size of 39MB maximum, longest dimensions in excess of 9900 pixels. This technical quality exceeds that generally available elsewhere, and more than meets the requirements of most editorial, corporate and advertising uses and is the industry standard for reproductions. All our photographs are licensed on a rights-managed basis using the industry standard Plus Packs price calculator. While we do not license using the royalty free model, our pricing is competitive and reflects the intended final use.
Buy a print:

Almost all of the images in our archive can be purchased as high quality photographic prints in a variety of styles and finished. Purchasing a print couldn’t be easier. Simply click the “Buy print” link alongside the image, choose the dimensions and style you’d like and add to your cart. Dimensions have been deliberately chosen to make it easy for you to find a frame. If you’d like to have it printed on a Dibond, with or without external frame or on a canvas, it is all possible. Images you see in the galleries online have a watermark in the middle of the image. The print you choose will NOT have the watermark you see on the website.

Payment is via PayPal gateway, but you DO NOT need a PayPal-account to check out. If you have a PayPal login and wish to pay through your account, fine. If you prefer to pay with your credit card without ever logging in to PayPal or if you don’t have a PayPal account, that’s just fine too! We can deliver to pretty much any country in the world, please allow up to four weeks for delivery outside Europe. Delivery in Europe is faster.

Shipping:
When you buy a print (paper print of Dibond print), there is always a small chance that the product will be delivered damaged. Follow these steps carefully if the package has been opened or damaged:
- Do NOT accept this package and ask the driver to call the office.
- Do NOT move the package in your house. The package stays near your front door.
- Take some clear and sharp images from the package
- Contact me and try to explain as much as possible (also include the pictures you have taken)

When the shipping company approves (written of by someone who came to your place) that you can open the package, then you can open the package. If you accept and/or open the package before, you accept the conditions of the package! You don't need to come to my place or the office of the printing company with your print.

Best regards,
Sven Michiels
